ALL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE AND NON-REFUNDABLE YOU CAN ONLY EXCHANGE

Please note that the following items cannot be exchanged:
- Improperly packaged items
- Damaged and used items
- Items that have been altered, engraved, resized or marked as final sale
- Items you previously exchanged
- Custom or bespoke items are ones that have been altered in any way (the alteration of the center stone, the design and engraving included) and items that have been resized after shipping.
- Items passed our 15 days return period CAN NOT be exchanged

- Any products over $2000 cant not be exchanged.
- Earrings due to hygiene purposes.
- Chain breakage due to improper care.
