Return policy

Nar Jewellery accepts returns/exchanges within 10 days of the date your item was delivered. If you would like to return/exchange any item(s), an authorization form is required. To obtain an Authorization Form, please contact customer support email nar120gold@gmail.com, or via our customer support chat line. Solid Gold items are not subject to returns, due to the fact that each piece is made to order. Some Solid Gold items may be subject to exchange. Please contact our customer support team if your Solid Gold item is eligible for exchange. 

*Nar Jewellery will reimburse or pay for return shipping only in the event that we have erred. For example: if Nar Jewellery were to send you the incorrect piece of jewelry, or article of clothing.*

There are NO returns/exchanges on Nar Jewellery's Customized Pieces. If you would like to make an exchange for a different length on your Custom Script Pendant Chain, there is a 40 CAD handling fee. Nar Jewellery will repair the item if you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage with the shipping expenses covered by the buyer or by visiting our store front. There is a 60 CAD repair fee if you encounter any future problems. Once a custom piece goes into production, there can be NO cancellations.
