Is the jewellery real?

Yes, all of our jewellery is made with genuine gold and comes with proper certification and appraisal. Each piece is stamped for authenticity, ensuring that you're receiving high-quality, real gold jewelry.

How can I take care of my jewellery?

Jewellery should not be worn while exercising, cleaning or bathing in salt or chlorine water. Perfume or hairspray can cause the jewellery to become dull and decrease its shine. We recommend putting perfume, hairspray or other cosmetics on first before putting on your jewellery.

Custom Jewellery:
All custom orders are made to your specifications. The production process typically takes 4-6 weeks, after which your item will be shipped.
Ready-to-Ship Items:
Items labeled as "Ready to Ship" are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days of receiving your order.
Shipping Duration:
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Orders over a specific value may qualify for free shipping (if applicable).

3. Signature Confirmation

To ensure the safe delivery of your jewellery, all shipments require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the progress of your shipment.

5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Canada/USA. If your location is not listed, please contact us to discuss potential delivery options.

6. Shipping Liability

Exchange Policy

At Nar Jewellery, every piece is uniquely crafted to order, ensuring that each design is tailored to your preferences. As such, our return and refund policies reflect the personalized nature of our jewellery:

ALL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Custom-Made Items:
All custom-made jewellery is final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. This includes all items made with your selected materials, gold type, and diamonds.
Ready-to-Ship Items:
Items labeled as "Ready to Ship" are eligible for exchange within 15 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and certificates. Refunds are not available for ready-to-ship items, only exchanges.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will review the issue, and if deemed a defect, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
Exclusions:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items damaged due to normal wear, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.
